From dark shanghai tunnels to swarthy sailors, Port Angeles at the turn-of-the-century looked very different than it does today. The many unexplained disappearances, murders, suicides and strange tales surrounding our seaport lend to the mysterious sightings and other-worldly events that take place. Come on…we dare you!

Our Most Popular Ghost Tour is Perfect for Date Night, Family Reunions and More!

This is no Twilight tour…this is real, visceral legends of the “Port of Angels” past. Visit storefronts, alleyways and shadowed sidewalks where the past and the present meet. The city has recreated itself several times, but it seems that some of its former residents do not want to be forgotten…

Our most popular tour starts at the corner of Washington Street and Taylor Street at the iconic Haller Fountain. After a brief introduction by the guide and a talk about the basics of Port Townsend's twisted past, the walking tour will start. Approxomatly 8 blocks with 15 stops including the most famouse Port Townsend Downtown Hotel, the Palace Hotel, a former brothel that seems to not care that time has gone on without it.

You will not just hear the crazy stories of days gone by, but you will get our take on the city, the restraunts gallaries and shops. This tour is a "PG-13" tour as we will cover stories of death, debautchery, mayhem, murder, prostitution and ghosts so be prepaired for some salty sailor terms and tales of some of the "soiled doves" who helped put Port Angeles  on the map in 1889!

Each story teller / guide is fully versed on the history, folklore and paranormal activity in town and take great joy in retelling the tales in a way that will transport you to the time of the story. When we complete the tour we hope that you will see, that in Port Angeles, the past truley does have a presence.
